What We Collect
When you request an estimate, submit a commercial inquiry, or download a guide, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, property address, and any details about the work you need. If you submit photos, we receive the file names. We also receive basic technical information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and how you found the site.
How We Use It
We use the information you submit to respond to your request, prepare an estimate or proposal, schedule service, and communicate with you about your project. We do not sell your information to third parties. We may use a third-party automation service to process form submissions and route them to our team.
Chat Assistant
When you use the chat assistant in the corner of the page, your messages are sent to our server and forwarded to an AI model to generate a reply. We do not store your conversation content. To prevent abuse, our server temporarily records a count of requests associated with your IP address for up to one hour, after which it is automatically deleted. No IP addresses are stored directly, and no chat messages are saved on our servers.
